What is DealerOrbit?
It's a cloud platform for car dealerships and dealers. It brings together stock, customer enquiries, deals, sales, marketing, website and aftersales in one environment, accessible from your browser.
Do I need to install anything?
No. DealerOrbit runs in your browser. If you have a WordPress website, you can connect it with the DealerOrbit Connect plugin, which installs like any other plugin.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, create your business and choose a plan: the trial lasts %%TRIAL%% days. %%CARD%% You can change plan or cancel from the Subscription section.
Can I import the vehicles I already have?
Yes. You can connect an XML, CSV or JSON feed from your current DMS or supplier, test it without saving and then schedule the import. Photos are copied to the cloud.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Germany). Each dealer's data is kept separate from everyone else's, at database level too.
Does the AI reply to customers on its own?
No. The assistant prepares drafts (descriptions, replies, summaries) that your team reviews before deciding whether to use them. Nothing is sent automatically. Customer email addresses and phone numbers are not sent to the AI provider.
Can I switch from another DMS?
Yes. Stock is imported from a feed; for existing enquiries and customers, we'll work out the best approach together. Get in touch via the Demo page and tell us which system you use today.
Who develops DealerOrbit?
DealerOrbit is developed by Quantum Vibes, an Italian AI Automation Company that designs platforms and automations for businesses.
Does DealerOrbit replace my website?
No. DealerOrbit Connect links your existing WordPress website to your stock and CRM. The website remains yours.
Which portals can I publish to?
The listing feed and the vehicle catalogue for Facebook and Instagram are live today. AutoScout24, Subito and Automobile.it are in the integration phase and will be activated once the official credentials and accreditations are complete.
Can I use DealerOrbit on my smartphone?
Yes, the dashboard runs in the browser on tablets and smartphones too.
Are there per-photo fees in the Studio?
No. Background removal runs on the platform's own servers, with no per-photo fees.
Can I export my data?
Your data remains yours. For exports or account closure, contact us: the procedures are described in the Terms and the privacy notice.
